From a collaborative project between Miquel Coca i Fito and Priorat winery Trosso del Priorat ,this blend of Garnacha Blanca and Macabeau excellently expresses its terroir . Full of minerality and richness, it is a mediterranean white wine with full body and at the same time a very well integrated acidity, making it very refreshing and pleasant.
Great complex nose, showing citrus (orange peel), balsamic notes, smoked wood and toffee. The mouth is powerful and fresh, with retronasal aromatic touches of undergrowth herbs and ripe fruit. Very persistent and long finish.
If you thought Spain was just about stunning spicy reds then think again, this white wine is as good as it gets!
