This wine was produced solely for export for Red Bridge Wine Co by a multi-award winning superstar Central Otago winemaker. Made to improve with age in the Burgundy style from selected Bendigo and Lowburn fruit, this wine is still fantastic drinking even after a lengthy period since vintage, especially if you appreciate a delicate and elegant wine with lots of character.

Aged in French oak barrels for 11 months the wine has a bouquet of savoury character with blueberry and red fruit.
Despite its age the palate has intense fruit with ripe soft tannins which give good structure and it has a long lingering finish.
