The 10 hectares of vineyards for this 100% Garnacha wine are over 80 years old and are divided into 9 small plots in the villages of Ayesa, Sada, Gallipienzo and Aibar, all situated in the southern mountain area of Navarra.
Malolactic fermentation takes place in the same 225 and 500 litre one or two year old French oak barrels where the wine continues to be aged for several months.
Floral aromas of lilac with cherry and orange fruit, clean and intense. The palate is lively and moreish, balanced and long, with clean fruit and a silky finish that expresses the cooler area where it is grown.
