Chivite LeGardeta Chardonnay is a single vineyard wine partially fermented in French oak with a period of time ageing on the lees prior to bottling.
It has a fresh, intense aroma. Predominately fruit characters (stone and tropical fruit), with subtle notes of nuts and fine wood, In the mouth it is tasty and intense, with very good acidity. Long elegant finish making for a wonderful lighter style Chardonnay.
