Very special single vineyard Riserva Amarone from a 35 Hectare Valpolicella DOC property now owned by Guiseppe Campagnola.

Following the grapes being picked they are dried for around 110 days from late September. Soft pressing occurs in late December/early January followed by a long 30 day maceration and he wine is then aged in special lightly grained French barriques for 24 months.

Deep ruby red colour with garnet overtones from ageing. Full, rich and highly developed flavours create an outstanding wine that is wide, soft and incredibly well rounded.
