100% Negroamaro made from hand picked grapes allowed to dry slightly on the vine (similar to Appasimento wines) on selected vineyards in the Puglia region.

Intense ruby red with violet hints, this twine has a rich and red berry fruit driven bouquet and palate with underlying spice enhanced by the concentrated flavours as a result of the vine drying. The result is a full, warm and rich red wine with liquorice , vanilla and toasted cinnamon  flavours.
